My Mission

The mission of Refresh Your Faith is to offer women fresh ways of connecting with God for rest of the body, renewal of the mind and rejuvenation of the spirit.

Several years ago, I joined the women in my church on our annual women’s retreat. On the bus ride down to our destination, we were asked to share a testimony. I listened as women shared deep and heart breaking stories of things they had endured. When my turn came I felt somewhat guilty because life was so good for me. I was married to the man of my dreams, had a beautiful home, a job I loved and a luxury car. For many years I believed I was on top of the world.

Then came 2005 – the man, home, job and car were all gone. However, what was left was greater than everything I lost. Jesus was, and is still with me. He reminds me of His great love for me every day. In Him, I am renewed and refreshed daily. I want that for you too.

My desire is to help you grow spiritually, live joyfully and love totally through Jesus.

My Affirmation of Faith

I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ His only Son Our Lord who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and buried. The third day He arose from the dead; He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from that place He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Church Universal, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and everlasting life.

My Personal & Professional Credentials

I’ve been walking with the Lord for over twenty years. I serve as a church school teacher and a youth mentor at my church. I’m also a certified Biblical Counselor, Christian life coach, inspirational speaker and author. My signature presentation, 7 Secrets of an Excellent Woman, can be presented as a keynote speech or workshop. It’s also a great presentation for a breakfast/lunch meeting or a retreat/conference breakout session.
